First Visit

We are excited to get to know you.

This is an opportunity to get to know you and your dental needs. Plus, this time gives you a chance to meet our friendly staff and find out more about our office.

Your first visit will consist of a comprehensive exam and accompanying x-rays. Based on this information, we will develop a treatment plan and/or treatment approach that addresses your needs. We will review with you what is to be expected at each appointment, projected treatment costs and answer any other questions you may have.

We will be glad to submit a preauthorization request for your treatment plan to your insurance company. If you have any specific questions or concerns, we recommend that you directly contact your insurance provider to determine what your policy covers.

IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under the age of 18 at the consultation visit.
